Take the America's Path to Progress Survey

We are conducting a survey of Christian Coalition supporters around the country on one of the most important issues that our country faces today, and we need your input.

It is imperative that political and opinion leaders in Washington understand in no uncertain terms that Americans are keenly aware of this nation's problems with its energy policies and that we expect and deserve better leadership on this issue.

While your responses will be kept confidential, the results will be used to send a clear signal to those in positions of influence as to how politically active Christians feel about these important issues.

So please complete the survey today and add your voice to thousands of other politically active Christians.

Contact Your Congressman as Soon as Possible to Oppose the "DISCLOSE Act"

Dear Friend,

The US House of Representatives TOMORROW (Thursday) will be voting on a very dangerous piece of legislation which will censor Americans who do not believe with the left-wing agenda of the White House and the Democrat-controlled U.S. Congress.

The bottom line is that the liberals in Congress are determined to hang on to their seats even at the expense of dumping the First Amendment rights of Americans.

Indeed, in order to bring this onerous legislation -- mockingly called the "DISCLOSE Act" -- to the floor of the House of Representatives, they carved-out a deal with the National Rifle Association (NRA) which will only apply to the NRA. This is what the liberals did during the debate on ObamaCare, carving out special deals such as the Nebraska Cornhusker Deal in order to get the votes to pass their socialized medicine scheme.  read more »

Join Our Supreme Court Campaign Today!

Last week, President Obama nominated Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the US Supreme Court. When he did so, he proved yet again that he is focused on appointing judges who will bring liberal activism to the bench for decades to come.

Although Kagan has never served as a judge and has no traditional judicial record, each day brings new information which tells us that she should not receive a lifetime appointment to the US Supreme Court.  read more »

Support the National Day of Prayer Campaign

Recently, a US Federal Judge made a ruling that would surely surprise our Founding Fathers. She ruled that the "National Day of Prayer" is unconstitutional!

Officially, the current Day of Prayer was instituted by our government in 1952 when it was established by Congress, but the practice stretches all the way back to the 1700's and our Continental Congress. Presidents from George Washington, to Abraham Liconln and even Franklin Roosevelt have recognized it.

And now a liberal judge decides it's unconstitutional!

Of course, you won't be surprised to learn that this ruling is the result of a lawsuit brought by a group of atheists known as the "Freedom From Religion Foundation". No doubt you'll also not be shocked by the fact that the ruling was issued a Democrat appointed judge, in this case Cater appointee Judge Barbara Crabb.  read more »

Final Chance to Say 'NO' to Healthcare Takeover!

Dear Friend,

Rarely would I send you another note so soon on the same subject, but this is simply too important for our country.

As you've heard, the US House of Representatives will try to pass the Senate version of ObamaCare this weekend - and it is critical that they continue to hear from you. Worse, they want to "pass" it without actually having to vote on it.

There's really no other way to put it. This bill is "for all the marbles".  read more »

Critical House vote coming up on ObamaCare

Dear Friend,

We are now coming down to the wire in the debate over health care.

Currently, the House of Representatives is considering whether or not to approve the Senate passed version of ObamaCare.

If you have not joined our campaign to stop the big government takeover of our healthcare, I invite you to speak out now.

In their bid to increase support for the bill, Democrat leaders claim that if the House passes this bill they will then make pro-life changes in the Senate under a process known as "reconciliation".

We can not take it for granted that Senate Democrats will pass pro-life changes to the bill when they refused to add such language the first time.

If those changes are not made, then the bill becomes law as written.

We can not let that happen.  read more »

Help Us Defend "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

Dear Friend,

President Obama promised yet another radical change to America in his recent State of the Union speech. He wants to overturn the military's ban on homosexual activity in its ranks.

Earlier this year, President Obama and the Democrats passed a "Hate Crimes" bill which will limit freedom of speech about homosexuality. Then President Obama called on Congress to overturn the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Now President Obama wants to change our military.

The "Don't Ask, Don't tell" policy has been in place since the early '90's - and it is overwhelmingly supported by majorities of the American public and, more importantly, an overwhelming majority of our men and women in uniform.  read more »

Democrats Vow to Ignore the Voters

"We will have health care...one way or another."

That's how Nancy Pelosi responded when asked about the impact of the Massachusetts Senate race on the Democrats push to pass Obamacare.

As election returns are coming in from Massachusetts, it's obvious that people have had enough.

They had enough of big government, bigger spending and the politicians who ignore them.

And they've had enough of Barack Obama's push to put the government in greater control over our health care.

Scott Brown was able to win in Massachusetts by saying he would be the 41st vote in the Senate against the health care bill - and voters responded.  read more »

Support S.C. Attorney General Henry McMaster's State Fairness Effort

Dear Friend,

South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster -- the leader of a group of 13 Republicans and one Democrat State Attorneys General -- is threatening to file a law suit against Congress in order to stop passage of the radical health care bill currently being considered.

The suit will be based on the fact that Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid made a deal with Democrat Senator Ben Nelson from Nebraska, who was the deciding vote for the Democrats' Obamacare bill and the deal was to have the federal government pay for Nebraska's Medicaid increases forever. Treating one state differently from other states on Medicaid funding in order to get a Senator's vote is unconstitutional.  read more »
