Earthquake in Chile and Our Health Care Reform

"And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." - Matthew 21:22 (NAS)

Prayer Partners, the next few days and weeks are very critical for our nation and for each family of this great nation as Congress moves forward with the Health Care Reform Bill.

Millions of Americans are against the reform for many reasons, including the great cost to each one in revenue and taxes. Please pray and seek the Lord Jesus for wisdom for each elected official. Pray each will recognize the truth of this reform and take a strong stand against it. Ask the Lord Jesus to give great discernment to each elected official. Pray they will not be deceived by words or swayed by these words but will have a clear mind in each matter. Pray their hearts truly desire what is best for the American people. Pray each elected official will have the 'Mind of Christ'. Pray that the Senate will not use the "Reconciliation" approach while this governmental run health care plan is up for vote. We can not afford, as Americans, to watch any more of our freedoms vanish. We all must do our part in prayer. The Word of God says, "Not by might nor by power but by my Spirit, says the Lord of host" - Zechariah 4:6b.

I am asking you as part of this Christian nation to call on the Holy Spirit and ask Him in Jesus name to deliver us from any issue that would hurt the American people in any way. Ask Him to close every door that needs to be closed for the good of the people in Jesus name. Ask him to uncover and expose each part of the bill that needs to be uncovered so the truth of this bill is understood by each American before it is too late. We thank the Lord Jesus for doing this for us as His children.

Thank you for joining with us in prayer for the critical needs in the country of Chile and Haiti and the loss of life and homes. Pray for the grieving and that Jesus Christ will be lifted up at this time. Pray for all of the issues facing those countries in rebuilding their home land.

Ask the Lord Jesus to comfort and remove the fear from everyone involved and stabilize by His Spirit each fault line in the earth in Jesus name.

May our Lord fill you with His Peace as we go forward. We believe the Lord will help us, Haiti, and Chile in this time of need and answer all of our prayers in Jesus name.
