Judge Lamberth is right in ruling that destroying embryos is breaking the law

On Monday, federal judge Royce Lamberth of the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. correctly ruled that the Obama administration is not obeying the 1996 law which outlawed the destruction of human embryonic stem cells. In March 2009, the president issued an executive order expanding federal funding of human embryo research.

Judge Lamberth ruled that the federal funding by the Obama administration for such research violated a 1996 law prohibiting federal money for research in which an embryo was destroyed. Today's "The Wall Street Journal" reported that opponents of Obama's federal funding for human embryonic stem cell destruction research said that such research "leads to the destruction of the embryo" which "is tantmount to taking a life, and have opposed such experiments on ethical grounds."

In the article, David Stevens, executive director of the Christian Medical Association is quoted as saying: "People forget that each one of us was an embryo, and if someone destroyed us for biological parts, we wouldn't be around today." He also was quoted by LifeNews.com saying, "This case highlights the harm that diverting federal funds away from proven effective research poses to those patients who are waiting for cures. We are grateful that the Court also recognizes the clarity of the law and the harm that funding illegal and unethical embryo-destroying research poses to ethical researchers."  read more »

Leftists Try To Squelch Obama Story and Writer

It would slander the reputation of Communist party USA and their star, Barrack Hussein Obama to think that they would NOT try to squelch a writer who does his homework and exposes his blatant activities. The moment that my story broke, "What Obama Just Secretly Passed," and the incredible response that it generated, I knew that one of the first people I would hear from would be Snopes and Fact or Fiction whose self appointed job it is, to restructure all public information to their liking. And sure enough, that usual routine played out once again when Snopes appeared on the scene to try to censor my story by misrepresenting it.

Those websites uncover just enough real corrections of stories to give them the credibility to intrude into major stories that concern the protection of The United States, and restructure the story to silence it which is their true ideology.

There are two reasons for this deception. 1.) By grabbing a major story and re-writing it brings all the attention to themselves instead of the issue raised, which then sends more viewers to their websites which in turn brings more advertising revenue to them. 2.) They are counterfeits who want to destroy Christians and America itself. This is the SECOND time they have tried to censor one of my stories of Muslim Advancement in America.  read more »

Does President Obama think you've made enough money?

Did Barack Obama accidentally admit what he thinks about capitalism?  Perhaps.  This week he was out on his latest political swing, making speeches to push the benefits of things like the "stimulus", ObamaCare and the Democrats version of financial regulation reform.  In the course of his travels he happened to make a speech were he seems to have gone a little "off script".

He stated:

"We're not, we're not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that's fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money. But, you know, part of the American way is, you know, you can just keep on making it if you're providing a good product or providing good service. We don't want people to stop, ah, fulfilling the core responsibilities of the financial system to help grow our economy."

Since when is at any business of anyone in government whether or not an individual has earned enough?  And on what basis should they make that determination?  read more »

Barack: The Destroyer

Barack the Destroyer (The unfiltered, unedited, raw version)

"Whom so ever shall read this post, does so by ones own will. It is my, the authors, unalienable right, afforded by my countries constitution, to practice free speech. This posting must not be misconstrued. It is merely the concerned voice an average American who believes the Republic has been seized. The occupier's, the currant democrat party, must be non-violently extracted from their lofty corrupt perches. The democrat party has been hijacked by radical liberals, who no matter the cost, choose ideology over humanity. The window for this action is narrow, and rapidly shrinking."

In 1776, the stage was set, the participants were more than eager to shine, for they knew every uttered word, movement, chapter, and act would be eternally referred to and looked upon as a pivotal event in the birth of a new nation. They seemed to have accepted their script from God himself. Some were relegated to play supporting roles, through the trappings of history that is, then there were others like Thomas Jefferson, who seemed more than punctual in appearing at the right place at the right time, thus securing his glorious and romanticized importance in our countries construction.  read more »

Obama's approval at all time low

After a little more than a year in Office, Barack Obama's public approval rating has hit its all time lowest point.

According to the latest Marist poll, only 44% of registered voters "approve" of the job Obama's doing, with 47% disapproving.  The poll also found Obama doing far worse with the all-important "independent" voters, wit only 29% approving and 57% disapproving.

The numbers from Rasmussen take it a step further.  They show 47% approval and 53% disapproval generally, but when you look at how strongly people feel about him one way or another, it gets pretty overwhelming.  It shows 27% "strongly approving", but 40% "strongly disapproving" - meaning Obama's upsidedown by 13 points when it comes to people who feel strongly and are more likely to be tuned in to what's going on.  (And more likely to vote...)

The same poll also shows 75% of voters describing themselves as "angry" about current federal government policies.  read more »

Public unmoved by State of the Union speech

The polls are in on the publics response to Obama's first State of the Union speech, and the numbers pretty much speak for themselves.

According to the latest Gallup poll, Obama's job approval is still under the half-way mark, at 48%.  Via LifeNews:

In the three days following the speech, Gallup shows Obama with a 48
percent approval and 46 percent disapproval rating -- unchanged from
before the address.

Philip Klein, a writer at the conservative magazine American Spectator gives
his insight on the poll.

"Going into President Obama's first State of the Union speech,
Gallup noted that annual speeches to Congress rarely affect presidential
approval ratings (in large part because the audience tends to be skewed
toward those who already support him). It turns out that despite his
oratorical skills, our current president is not different in this
respect from his predecessors," he writes. ...

AmerikA: A Liberal Molestation?

Amerika: A liberal Molestation

Americans play to win at all times. I wouldn't give a hoot and hell for a man who lost and laughed. That's why Americans have never lost nor ever lose a war. --General George S. Patton

In America, there's a failure to appreciate Europe's leading role in
the world. President Barack H. Obama

There once was a time, when a man knew his place, he was to work hard for his family, protect his wife and children with his life, if that meant he would have to trade in his mortality, done. The woman knew her place as well, she was to nurture her children, and make the home a place where a man could rest after dealing with the cruel cynical world and know that no matter how daunting it could be, he was loved. Of course there was more to it than that, but the structure was simple and defined. Families trusted in the lord above, as our founders did, and they overcame.

In 1775 a movement of spirited men decided they would no longer simply exist under the oppressive thumb of a tyrant or a corrupt overbearing government and they revolted, this was the revolutionary war. Under the care of a God, and guided by the words of the Holy Bible, these men would go on to create a country that was second to none, America. Our founders were not inspired by Allah, Buddha, or some humanistic higher power, they were moved by the Lord, Jesus Christ. This young Nation was guided by Christianity and its children built a republic inspired by the belief that the Ten Commandments made sense.  read more »

Polls looking bad for Obama and the Democrats

There are a good number of new polls out in the past few days that are full of bad news for the White House and the Democrat leadership.

When it comes to the President, the latest numbers from Rasmussen have his job approval at its lowest ever - just 46% - and a fifteen point negative spread when it comes to those who feel "strongly" about him one way or the other, (26% strongly approve, 41% strongly disapprove).

And for those who don't like Rasmussen and would prefer to poll shop, they should note that Gallup and Quinnipiac have Obama's numbers below the 50% mark as well.

Byron York points out that Gallup's numbers have some interesting "firsts"...

It's the first time Obama is under the 50% mark with every age group except 18-29.  It's the first time Obama's support among white voters has fallen below 40% (currently 39%).  It's the first time he's been below 50% with every income group except those who make less than $2,000 per month.  read more »

Capitol Hill Update: Obama's Unemployment Rate Reaches 10.2%

On this day  --  exactly three years from the day on which Sarah Palin or Mike Huckabee or Tim Pawlenty or some other Reaganite Republican will probably be elected president  --  many Americans were shocked (but not Reaganites,) that Barack Obama's unemployment rate has now reached a massive 10.2% of the American people unemployed.

Yet, Obama and his acolytes were promising (and threatening) Blue Dog Democrats that if they did not vote for Obama's  TRILLION dollar (with interest) so-called stimulus bill, the unemployment rate would go above 8%.  So many of the Blue Dog Democrats and other Democrats occupying the 80-plus congressional seats won by President George W. Bush or by Senator John McCain were intimidated and actually voted for the Obama stimulus bill last February.

And what do they have to show for their vote?  Massive unemployment and some additional 3 million Americans who have lost their jobs since the passage of the Obama stimulus bill.  This week, to make fiscal matters worse, the Democrats in the United States Senate even voted to extend the unemployment benefits of $300 each week for a total of 99 weeks (almost 2 years) to further increase the gargantuan national debt, now approaching $12 TRILLION dollars.    read more »

Elementary school indoctrination video: singing to Obama

A video has surfaced of a group of kids at B. Bernice Young Elementary School in Burlington, NJ being instructed in what to sing to Obama for a visit to the school.

It turns out, the video was removed from YouTube after it went up...but some enterprising conservative out there had already made a copy, so it's back up and part of the "permanent record", so to speak.

It is, shall we say, "creepy".  View it for yourself.

Just some of the lyrics the kids are singing?

Barack Hussein Obama

He said Red, Yellow, Black or White
All are equal in his sight

Mmm, mmm, mm!

And, in case you didn't notice or don't remember, the song essentially cribs lyrics from the song "Jesus loves the little children of the world".

Incredible. And why should kids be made to be thankful that they're "equal in his sight"?

Can you say "cult of personality"?  I knew you could.
