Digital Destruction
sevens - October 27, 2009 - 8:04pmDigital Destruction
The evening news and American pop culture cinema, what do they have in common? They both are sensationalistic, disturbing, and more appropriately, not for children. The last movie I saw, through the spaces of my fingers that is, was The Last House on the Left. My brother talked me into going and restrained me several times from leaving, it was too violent and explicit. In the beginning of the film a young girl was violently raped, you could see it coming like a slow motion car wreck. The young lady in the movie portrayed an underage beauty, the camera panned her entire figure as she playfully joked around with her girlfriend, her clothes dangling off her fully developed body.
They accentuated her sexuality, clothing it will juvenile naivety.; it was enough to make the old men feel like perverts and the young ones shamefully not look away as she was assaulted. The victim's girlfriend tried to stop the rape and was violently impaled by the thrust of a giant hunting knife, she took an agonizingly long time to die, it truly rattled me, I had to keep telling myself that it was just a movie. I think it was this movie that motivated me to vow not to let my daughter watch anything more controversial than the animal channel. read more »

The Political correctness Disease
sevens - October 18, 2009 - 9:52pmThe antonym of common sense must be politically corrective behavior. I am convinced that PC (political correctness) is a formidable disease, as deadly as any ever recorded and it is destroying this nation from the inside out. The definition of disease is an impairment of health or condition of abnormal functioning, this just might be the most accurate way to describes PC's effect on The United States. Diseases like alcoholism or drug addiction are usually prolonged by the host desperate spiral down the road of denial and in some cases it becomes terminal.
Americas PC affliction is ravaging this country and make no mistake about it, this is lethal, it is claiming innocent lives this very moment. Every second a police officer neglects to stop a suspicious car, for fear of profiling and an unassuming victim is shot to death on the sidewalk. Every illegal alien that is not questioned and escapes the law with narcotics that find there way in the veins of America's youth. Every shady terrorist that slips through our grasp because he wasn't captured by the politically correct rules of engagement, that kills another young soldier. read more »
Newspaper Rebuked for Another Carrie Prejean Attack
Rev. Austin Miles - September 18, 2009 - 6:34pmLike many newspapers, The Contra Costa Times has a history of attacking Christians and slanting the news to fit the liberal socialist agenda. On September 1st, their page 2 "People" section went after the real Miss USA, Carrie Prejean, stating that she filed a lawsuit in order to bring more attention to herself. This pastor promptly wrote a response with request to publish. After ignoring the request for two weeks they received a second notice, a bit more forceful, advising that by deliberately printing misinformation about Ms. Prejean, they were obligated to publish my response to correct their mis-statements.
Two days later, Thursday September 17th, my edited response was published thusly:
Unfair to Prejean read more »

THE ONLY WAY OUT: BACK TO REAGANOMICS.
Rayco - July 30, 2009 - 12:31am
Regretfully, things are seldom the way they should, and much less as we
would ideally like them to be. Therefore, if we want to resolve a
problem we have no other choice but facing it head on, even if we have
to pinch sensitive nerves focusing on the taboo issues that invariably annoy our sacred cows and their interests.
Digging into my elephant's memory I recalled the last few months of George Bush Father's campaign
for the Republican nomination. Although he never used this slogan, it
was very popular among his not-so-conservative followers: "We've got to stop Governor Reagan because he's too conservative". Remember?
Regardless, Ronal Reagan wisely united the Party appointing Bush as his running mate. Remember? read more »

The Obamatron
sevens - February 9, 2009 - 8:20amObamatron's
I must preface this article by expressing my contempt for our new leader has very little to do with the fact that I am a sore loser. I know that contempt is a rather strong word. However when I contemplate all the unnecessary suffering that will fall flat on the back of my children, I am angered. In previous liberal administrations, naivety was arguable just irritating, now however it will come at a very severe cost. Obama continues to follow in the footsteps from the prior administrations of “ Good intentions”. The road to destruction is paved with good intentions. read more »

Cult Watch - Warning: Dangerous Cult!
Shaden4Christ - February 8, 2009 - 5:44pmOf all the different Satanic cults that have stolen our youth and endangered their souls the Order of Nine Angles has to be the most vile and unholy: http://onanxs.wordpress.com/ or http://camlad9.tripod.com/
This cult encourages and teaches actual human sacrifice, crime, molestation, racism, and extreme liberalism. The onanxs is the modernizing arm of this Satanic cult, which is making its edicts more attractive to young girls!
It is an outrage that nobody from the body of Christ speaks out against these extreme types of Satanic cults, or teach our own brothers and sisters in Christ to avoid such cults for their own safty.
I would encourage and urge those of us who are truly concerned for our youth to look further into this cult and educate themselves and their loved ones. read more »
